IF YAN CAN COOK ,SO CAN I !

SHRIMP WITH MUSHROOMS AND BAMBOO SHOOTS
This is not a authentic Chinese recipe, but my own, made entirely with Chinese ingredients. We never had this dish before but certainly I will have to make it again. My family loved it a lot!

INGREDIENTS:
1.1/2 lb.frozen cooked medium shrimp,
2 cups sliced imitation crab,
1 medium sliced onion,
2 cloves of garlic, minced,
2 tablespoons cooking oil,
1 cup chili bamboo shoots,
2 -15 oz. cans straw mushrooms,
2 tablespoons crab paste,
1 teaspoon sesame oil,
1/3 cup sweet chili sauce,
salt,
pepper;
DIRECTIONS:
Heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil; saute onion and garlic for 1,2 minutes;add bamboo shoots,mushrooms,crab paste,sesame oil,sweet chili, salt and pepper; stir fry for 3 minutes; add shrimp and crab meat and continue stir fry for another 2 minutes longer. Turn of heat . Serve with rice.
Enjoy!
